Allison Turner is the Los Angeles-based movie columnist for FamilyFans.com, and also a museum curator. When she's not watching movies, she likes to run cross-country and win debating competitions. She's been writing for FamilyFans.com since 2001 (back when it was known as Nappaland.com), and has also done freelance editorial work for Christian publishers.
