Hillsong United / Integrity Music
Fan Appeal: All Ages Genre: Worship This set is all about the worship of God. This two-disc set features 30 Hillsong United songs recorded around the world, from Los Angeles to Sweden, Korea to South Africa, and many places in between. There is so much passion in each and every song played. “The Stand” is one of the best on this collection. Its simple message is this, “I’ll stand, with arms high and heart abandoned, in awe of the one who gave it all.” It talks about how there is nothing we can do but give our whole selves to God because he gave himself wholly to us. Another wonderful song is “What the World Will Never Take.” The message of this song is stated in the title. We have a Savior who lives in our hearts, and the world will never take Him away. This album is almost a live greatest-hits album. The only real complaint I have with The I Heart Revolution is that the sound quality on most of the songs isn’t always high quality. It’s often gritty and very raw. Also some of the layers are hidden because of that. Other than that, it’s wonderful. My advice is to buy this CD. There is so much praise and worship packed into the it that it’s addicting—you won’t be able to stop worshipping. MUSICBLOG RATING: A If members of your family like this CD, then you may want to try… -United We Stand, Look To You, More To Life, or All of the Above, Hillsong United, Worship. These albums take us on a journey to God with beautiful songs and praise. --TN ### |
